Yes, I'm in pain now.
I was doing well until this afternoon. I had to go to the other side of the campus and down a moderately-sized hill to install a large UPS (battery backup) in a server rack. After going down, two hours wiggling around bent over or laying on a cement warehouse floor, and then walking back, the cramp in my right calf that I'd been ignoring became more obnoxious.
Stupid cramp.
Before this I'd intended, and felt quite up to taking a brisk walk after work. Hope I can do at least a good walk tomorrow.
